Quality Assistant
This is a hands-on primarily administrative position supporting Senior Quality staff. The job will involve considerable repetitve measuring and data entry tasks.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will be required to have:
- experience dealing with automotive quality documents such as control plans, PFMEA's and standard operating procedures
- some exposure to quality systems such as TS-16949 or ISO-9000
- previously dealt with automotive manufacturers such as GM, Ford, and Chrysler
- enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- possess experience in accurate measuring using precision instruments
- capable of reading and understanding blueprints
- extensive computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
- able to work with minimal supervision and a fast learner
