GBMSMT2S & HIV Community Development Coordinator (see link below for full job description and application details)
The GBMSMT2S & HIV Community Development Coordinator reports to the Director of Education Services and coordinates a community development, training, and education program that aims to increase service provider capacity to respond to the needs of GBMSMT2S community members and increase peer capacity to engage in health promotion and education regarding HIV/STI risk. More specifically, the GBMSMT2S & HIV Community Development Coordinator’s role centers on the development and delivery of training curricula and educational presentations that highlight the connections between homophobia/biphobia/transphobia, the social determinants of health, syndemic phenomena and HIV/STI transmission risk. In addition, the GBMSMT2S & HIV Community Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating volunteer training sessions, implementing awareness campaigns, and enacting structural interventions with members of GBMSMT2S communities.
