Required skills include:
- Polished interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Oral communication skills and ability to deliver public presentations
- Managerial skills to effectively direct staff/volunteers/day-to-day operations
- Solid understanding of financial procedures
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, esp. with event management.
Minimum of seven years supervisory, project management and operations experience. University degree in marketing, fund development, program development, an asset. Non-profit work experience with volunteers, a plus.
