Reception/General Office

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answering multi line telephone; direct calls to appropriate personnel; greeting customers; data/order entry; filing; preparing/receiving and distributing incoming mail; maintain office supplies inventory.

Skills Required:

Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel), internet and email; have experience or knowledge of Simply Accounting would be an asset; professional and polite phone mannerisms and demeanour; pay attention to detail; be reliable.


Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Occasional weekend or evening may be required on a special project basis.)

Pay: $12.00/hr
