Little Caesars in Strathroy is looking for a motivated individual to train for the position of Assistant Manager. Part Time to start (approx. 20 hours weekly) through progressive training, with the goal of 30-35 hours weekly within a few months. Ideal candidates will have food service experience, or have experience working in an organized and fast paced manner with tight deadlines. Excellent customer service ability is vital. In this position the ideal candidate will learn opening and closing duties, cash balancing, inventory control and inputting, staffing, and hiring. Responsible for maintaining high standards in health and safety, as safe food handling. Candidates must be flexible and open to working afternoons and evenings and some weekends.
