Must be patient and kind, and willing to learn about family history and make long-term commitment. Some knowledge of Alzheimer’s an asset. Good pay. Flexible schedule: 6-12 hours per week (3-hour shifts).

The Job:
Spending 3-hours per day chatting and drinking tea with an 80-year old woman with dementia at Strathroy nursing home.
Ability to:
- be extremely patient
- make conversation
- learn about family history
- summon nursing home staff for personal care
- supervise walking with walker
- push wheelchair
- make a long-term commitment to the position
The Hours:
I'm looking to fill six 3-hour shifts each week (would prefer to have two people for flexibility)
Monday to Saturday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
